E.L.I.T.E. Love Care, LLC – Terms of Use

Welcome to E.L.I.T.E. Love Care, LLC (“ELITE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting payment through our Stripe checkout or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
ELITE Love Care provides non-medical in-home companion and support services. Services do not include medical care, medication administration, or any activities restricted by state or federal law.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellations with at least 24-hour notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows are non-refundable.
Balances must be paid before future visits are scheduled.
3. Hourly Minimums
All visits require a 4-hour minimum. Any booking under 4 hours will be billed at the 4-hour minimum rate.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients or their representatives must provide accurate information, ensure a safe environment, and communicate any changes in care needs or schedules promptly.
5. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely to deliver our services and process payments. We do not sell or share your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide exceptional care, ELITE Love Care, LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
